Getting Here

Arriving in Queenstown

From the airport

Queenstown Airport is 8km east, about fifteen minutes by road. A private car booked through the hotel is NZ$75 each way for up to three passengers. The airport shuttle runs every twenty minutes and stops two hundred metres from the door.

Tell us your flight number and reception will watch it — delays and early arrivals are the norm here in winter.

By car

From State Highway 6 follow Frankton Road into town, then Lake Esplanade along the water. The hotel is on the lake side, three hundred metres past the Sunshine Bay turn.

Undercover parking on site, NZ$28 per night, thirty-one spaces on a first-come basis. Two EV chargers. The car park entrance is signposted off Lake Esplanade.

On foot

Ten minutes into the town centre along the lakeside path — flat, lit, and considerably nicer than the road. The gondola base is fifteen minutes, Steamer Wharf twelve.

The path continues west towards Sunshine Bay and Fernhill if you want the longer walk.

Concierge

What the desk can do

The concierge desk is staffed from 7am to 10pm, and reception covers it the rest of the time. Most of what we book carries no fee — we hold the operators’ rates rather than marking them up.
